  1. Returns 

    The following terms apply to returned items:

    • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee (will be deducted from your refund).
    • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Please Note: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.

  2. Conditions for Return

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
    • Any item that has been installed, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return.

  3. Self-Serve Return Process

    Returning your item is easy and can be done through our self-serve return portal:

    • Log in to your account at Account Login.
    • Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
    • Follow the prompts to request a return or exchange.

    Once you have completed the return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

    Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  4. Fair Use Policy

    Our return policy  is intended to provide you with peace of mind when shopping with us. However, to prevent abuse if we detect patterns of misuse, we reserve the right to decline returns. 

  5. Additional Terms

    • Returns are only available for items purchased directly from Stile Bath.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
